John visits, again

Our mate John first visited us in the summer of 2013...and two years later, to almost the day, he came again.

As per usual, we enjoyed the odd drink together...

And we HAD to have our Schweinshaxe's...

And then we got silly and had a 2 kg schnitzel with 2kg of chips...it almost killed me this time, We didn't quit eat it all and gave the left overs to a homeless guy.

Of course Barney was happy to be reunited with his buddy...

And we all had a good ol' grill in the park together, celebrating our various anniversaries,

John needed some alone time...

And then he came back to life, and tried to ride a bike for the first time in 30 years, proving the theory that 'It's like riding a bike...'

We all get along pretty well...and this ill timed shot of and he and the wife could be interpreted wrongly!

So much so, that if confronted about it at the Döner Kebab joint, he'd be insulted and give you a look like this...

It's all jokes though :) and unfortunately, his time in Berlin came quickly to a close. So it was off to the bus stop and a quick good by to his buddy Barney...

And then onto the bus, onwards to his next mad-cap adventure.
